Cancellation Policy
Online Workshop Policy - Ash Coaching and Consulting Technology Requirements Stable internet connection with minimum 10 Mbps upload/download speed Computer or tablet with camera and microphone (mobile phones not recommended) Quiet, well-lit space free from interruptions Registration & Payment Full payment required at time of registration via credit card. Workshop materials and access links sent 24 hours prior to session Minimum enrollment requirements may apply; workshops canceled due to low enrollment receive full refunds Attendance & Participation Mute when not speaking to minimize background noise Active participation expected - passive observers should register for recorded sessions when available Arrive 5 minutes early for technical check and introductions Cancellation & Rescheduling Client cancellations: 48 hours notice required for full refund Rescheduling permitted once without penalty with 24 hours notice Coach-initiated cancellations due to illness or emergency receive full refund plus 10% credit toward future sessions No-shows forfeit full payment Recording & Materials Sessions may be recorded with participant consent for quality assurance and makeup purposes Participants may not record sessions without written permission Workshop materials are for registered participants only and may not be shared Technical Support Participants responsible for their own technical setup and troubleshooting Alternative access methods provided when possible for technical difficulties Makeup sessions offered for coach-side technical failures only Conduct & Confidentiality Professional behavior expected from all participants Respect for diverse viewpoints and experiences required Information shared by participants remains confidential Coach reserves right to remove disruptive participants without refund Liability Participants join at their own risk and are responsible for their technology and environment Coach not liable for technical issues, internet outages, or participant equipment failures Content provided for educational purposes only; results not guaranteed Data Protection Participant information kept confidential per our privacy policy Video recordings stored securely and deleted after 90.
